Editing: Beginning stages
The first steps to creating my music video
I started by moving the images I intended on using into the 'video 1' space so I could start editing them. This part was somewhat challenging because there was 17 images that needed to be moved but after a few attempts I began to understand how it worked more. To edit the photo you must select the image and I had to edit each image to fit correctly. Finally i had to edit the duration o each image so it would show for only a short time so it spelt out 'Teenage Dream' more seamlessly.

Ancillary ideas
Pictured below are just a number of images i took of my artist and have edited them as possibilities for my digipak. I am unsure of what ones I am going to use as of yet but i am going to see how they work when texts have been added and what my target audience likes the most.

Re-Design of music label
Since making my music label logo I have since further developed some ideas and decide that I wanted to get a more professional look and I wanted to use audience feedback to see what record label name would be better. I also asked the opinion of two people in my target audience and i wrote down why they thought i should change the face of my music label. I value my target audiences opinion because i need to impress them with my final result so by getting feedback it will help me improve.
I asked 4 people: 'What name do you prefer for my media label? 'Motion entertainment', 'record one' or 'Hickman labels'. I received a mix response and narrowed it down to 'Record One' and 'Motion Entertainment' but I decided to go with 'Motion Entertainment'. I decided this was more professional and I had a number of ideas for my logo which would work well.

Below is the my logo for my music label and I made this by using the software's Photoshop and word. I started by making the diamond shape on word and copy and pasted this onto Photoshop. I then used an image of a mountain which I cut out using the magic wand tall and put in the diamond. Finally I used font on Photoshop to writ 'Motion entertainment'. I really like my logo because I feel like it is unique but professional.
My software
I will use Photoshop as my software to edit my digi pack. Some of the tools that I have come to understand well is the magic wand tool which can be used to cut out an image, for example when cutting an image off a background you can delete the background with the magic wand tool. The layers help separate each item and you can turn each layer off by clicking the eye as well as text box which you can edit the colour, font and style.

The next software I will use is premier pro which is another adobe software and i will edit my music video on this software. This is my first experience of premier pro so i willl no doubt face some challenges but with enough hard work and peseverance i should be able to complete my muic video to a high enough standard.

Meet My Artist
Meet my artist: Tayla Grove
Age: 18
Introducing my artist is a vital part of creating my music video due to her being the being the main artist. Below is images of my artist showing a simple no makeup look with glasses on. I wanted to capture these images of my artist in her day to day look to show what I had done with makeup, hair and clothing to suit my music video style. My artist is very naturally pretty and confident which is perfect for my music video because I want someone who is not afraid of performing.

Film Part 5
In order to introduce my music video and make it stand out compared to other music video I wanted to add the scrabble piece element which spelt out the name of the song and also the lyrics. I used the leaves that were in all parts of my music video which were in the picture sequences so a common theme would continue.
Filming Part 4
My fourth part of filming was taking pictures of my dolls in the ice-cream parlour scene. To keep a theme throughout my video I used the same type of props which are all from the sylvanian family toy set and the same dolls which show the development of the romance between the pair. Below I have included images of both my set up where I used the camera and tripod spoken about in my previous post and also includes examples of some of the images taken to put in my music video.
